屯兰矿地面瓦斯抽放钻孔施工工艺研究

摘要: 摘要:瓦斯集中抽放钻孔是近几年来较为普遍的钻孔工程,主要特点是钻孔孔径大(一般孔径在600mm---1000mm之间)、孔斜要求高(一般小于5‰),内下Ф500mm---Ф800mm的套管。一般的施工工艺是现以小口径钻孔施工(孔径一般为Ф215mm)然后再逐步进行扩孔(一般要扩四次),施工工艺较为复杂,钻探风险较大,施工工期较长,钻探成本高,钻孔孔斜无法保证,下套管较为困难。屯兰矿瓦斯抽放钻孔的施工,我们采用一次成孔的施工工艺,克服了以上的施工困难。

Abstract: Abstract: the gas concentration drainage borehole drilling project is more common in recent years, the main characteristics of borehole diameter is large (generally aperture between 600 mm - 1000 mm), high hole inclination (usually less than 5 ‰), within the next 500 mm - 800 mm Ф Ф casing. The general construction technology is now in slim hole construction (215 mm) diameter is commonly Ф then gradually expanding (typically four), and the construction technology is relatively complex, drilling risk, construction period is longer, drilling cost is high, the drilling hole inclination cannot assure, casing is more difficult. Tuen mine gas drainage borehole construction, we adopt a pore forming construction craft, to overcome the above construction difficulties.
